We started PMT because we saw a gap in our community. Too many people — seniors, wheelchair users, individuals recovering from surgery — were struggling to find reliable, compassionate transportation that actually treated them like human beings, not just passengers.
So we built it ourselves. We're a husband-and-wife team based right here in Ocean County, NJ. Every ride we provide is personal to us. We know the roads, we know the community, and we genuinely care about the people we serve.

·Co-FounderHi, I'm Nery. For over 14 years, I've had the privilege of caring for my hospice patients — walking alongside them and their families through some of life's most tender moments. It's work that has shaped my heart and taught me what true compassion really looks like.
I started Professional Medical Transport with my wonderful husband, Ritchie, to bring that same level of care to a new arena. After dealing with less-than-great transportation companies for our own loved ones, we saw a real gap in the industry when it came to first-class, dignified care — and we knew we had to do something about it.
